TechSolve Inc. won a $250,000 Thomas Edison Program grant from the Ohio Department of Development, part of $3.2 million in economic development grants announced Monday.
The nonprofit will use the grant to provide Edison Technology and Industry Center services locally, in partnership with the National Institute of Standards and the Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program, according to a news release.
TechSolve, headquartered in Bond Hill, helps manufacturing companies improve their efficiency and adopt “lean” practices. Its Thomas Edison Program focuses on grants to foster research and development or technology transfer efforts.
