Cincinnati Works reaches out to N. Ky.

Downtown-based Cincinnati Works is reaching out to Northern Kentucky and further into the Greater Cincinnati region.

The work-force development nonprofit has seen the number of people seeking training increase as the economy has declined. The agency hired Vickie Mertz as its new employer outreach coordinator to help connect potential employees with companies in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.
